** - Fluoride reduction data is based on testing mature filters at 1000 Litre and 1500 Litre after use levels. Tests done with a fluoride spike at 5 ppm -3.5 times the normal amount allowed in municipal water systems.

Helpful information: 

Berkefeld ULTRA FLUORIDE gravity filters have a slower filtration flow rate at the start. This is due to additional filtration media compared to the Ultra Sterasyl filters.  Keeping the top reservoir full for the first 48-72 hours is a simple way to maximize the filtration flow rate. This added pressure assists in the conditioning of the filters. To prevent overflowing the system, position your system with spigot hanging over kitchen sink with the spigot in the open position.

Note; The Ultra Fluoride Filter is a stand alone-all in one water filter. It does not work in tandem with any other water filter.
